LARK AI Upgrade

Overview

Traditional task management tools fell short in meeting modern demands for intelligent collaboration, multi-modal content curation, and autonomous AI agent execution.

Chinese Pin Yin vs.English Pronounciation:Pinyin serves as the first mental model for understanding letter-to-sound relationships. However, this model becomes a barrier when learning English. For instance, students may pronounce the English letter "i" as [i], or mispronounce "r" as a harsh Chinese retroflex. These patterns of interference result in persistent pronunciation errors and even hinder students’ confidence in speaking English。

TASK

Spearheaded the AI-driven upgrade for Lark Tasks, focusing on smart notes, AI-curated daily summaries, and agent-driven workflows to redefine personal and team productivity.

ACTION

  1. Multi-Modal Smart Notes: Enabled support for web links, images, and long texts, utilizing AI to auto-summarize content and generate contextual follow-up queries.

  2. Semantic Token Architecture: Established a strict semantic token system for heterogeneous cards to guarantee high precision when LLMs and Figma MCP generated frontend code.

  3. Agent State Visualization: Introduced AI daily hubs and agent status indicators to visualize background execution, allowing users to effortlessly delegate tasks to AI agents.

RESULT

Delivered a seamless AI-first task ecosystem that transitions users from manual tool interaction to autonomous AI delegation and end-to-end execution.
